Job Title: Workplace Experience Coordinator
Location: 1111 Expedia Group Way, Seattle, WA 98119
Duration: 6 months (Contract to hire)
Shift: 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday
Resource's typical working day:
- Split between desk work and physical work
- Setting up event spaces
- Answering emails
- Managing the Slack channel
- Doing building rounds to ensure supplies and refreshments are fully stocked

Qualifications:
- 2 years
- H.S. Diploma or GED
System proficiency
- Messaging system knowledge preferred
- Microsoft Office Suite
Must have
- Good communication skills
- Ability to move and lift up to 40 lbs.
- Ability to move around the campus
- Good customer service
- Good understanding of technology - Computer/Mobile
Nice to have
- Experience with SharePoint
- Knowledge of work order system
- iPhone knowledge
