- Manage Java-based development projects, ensuring best coding practices.
- Track progress using Agile tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, etc.).
- Mitigate risks and enhance team efficiency.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Agile/Scrum project management.
- Strong knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, Microservices.
- Experience with Agile tools like Jira, Trello, Azure DevOps.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Scrum Master certification (CSM) is a plus.
