Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Analyst with a strong foundation in data architecture to join our dynamic team. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and strategic thinking to drive data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Collaboration:

Work with Plant analysts and manufacturing POC teams to gather data, identify trends, and develop actionable recommendations.

Partner with business stakeholders to understand their data needs and translate them into actionable insights.

Provide data-driven recommendations to optimize operations and achieve strategic goals.

Any experience in this area would be a huge plus

Data Analysis:

In Person Connect with Business Stakeholders and understanding their pain points with respect to Data management and analysis. Conduct in-depth analysis of complex datasets to uncover actionable insights.

Process Improvement:

Identify opportunities to enhance data processes and tools, implementing best practices to improve efficiency and accuracy

Data Integrity:

Ensure the accuracy and consistency of data across systems, performing data validation and cleansing as needed

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.

5 years of experience as a Data Analyst with a strong focus on data architecture.

Experience with SQL, Python, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is preferred
