Pay Range: $45 to $50/hr. (Blended)

Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care, following individualized care plans for patients.
- Assist in the development and implementation of patient care plans in collaboration with RNs and other healthcare providers.
- Administer medications, treatments, and other interventions as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor and record patients' vital signs, symptoms, and responses to treatment.
- Support patients in their daily activities and rehabilitation exercises to promote recovery.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation in clinical records.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams regarding patient progress, care plans, and any changes in condition.
- Assist with wound care, catheterization, and other clinical tasks as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and facility safety policies.
- Supervise and mentor nursing assistants, ensuring they follow care plans and facility procedures.
- Participate in patient and family education to promote health and safety.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide a safe, clean, and supportive environment for patients.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program meeting state LPN licensure requirements.
- Must currently hold an active, unencumbered LPN license within the State of Montana/Iowa.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
