Guaranteed Hours: 36/Per Week
Pay Range: $38-$44 /Per Hour (DOE)

Job Summary
- Assists in the professional management of the facility's medical department
- Apply appropriate nursing skills in the care and treatment of inmates/residents.
- Attend sick calls with the physician to see inmates/residents; prepare a list of inmates/residents to be examined.
- Prepare the examination room and equipment. Operate pill calls, dispense medication, and document as required by applicable policies and/or procedures.
- Control medication, syringes, and other medical supplies or equipment and inventory as required by established procedures.
- Perform emergency procedures as needed. Keep equipment and work area clean; utilize appropriate sanitation methods.
- Document and report activities in accordance with established policies and/or procedures including medical file documentation.
- LPN License in the state of practice or Compact License.
- Active BLS-AHA.
- One year's LPN experience is required.
Salary : $38 - $44
