Responsibilities
- Monitor vital signs, administer medications, assist with daily activities, and report changes in patient condition.
- Assist with wound care and administer injections/treatments as prescribed.
- Maintain accurate patient records and report progress to the healthcare team.
- Work with RNs, physicians, and therapists to provide comprehensive patient care.
- Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatments, and recovery plans.
- Assist patients in rehabilitation activities and encourage participation in therapy.
- Ensure cleanliness, safety, and adherence to health regulations.
- Supervise nursing assistants and assist in the daily operation of the facility.
- LPN MUST BE IV CERTIFED
- LPN License
- BLS
Salary : $40 - $44
