Duties
- Provide direct patient care, including monitoring vital signs and assisting with daily living activities.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, ensuring accurate dosage and documentation.
- Conduct diagnostic evaluations to assess patient health status and report findings to the supervising nurse or physician.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
- Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with HIPAA standards and facility protocols.
- Utilize electronic health record systems for documentation and communication purposes.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Strong understanding of nursing principles, practices, and standards related to patient care.
- Valid LPN license in the state of practice.
- Graduated from an accredited school of nursing.
- BLS certification.
- Knowledge of nursing practices, nursing equipment and machines, and medications.
Salary : $45 - $50
