Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and mentor the case management team, ensuring high-quality care coordination.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to facilitate patient-centered care.
- Oversee staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
- Monitor documentation, case assessments, and adherence to care plans.
- Support initiatives that improve patient outcomes while optimizing resource utilization.

- Active RN license (Missouri or Compact).
