This role is a critical matrix team partner for the Brand and Omni Channel Planning teams, seeking to create a versatile partner for the marketing campaign management and execution of marketing assets.
The Production Role is responsible for managing production budgeting for a book of work for a series of brands or Therapeutic area, providing forecasting at year end to the brand team during next year's brand planning discussions across the printed marketing material.
This includes collaborating with Capability Leads, Brand, and Omnichannel Strategists to schedule resources and plan executions, attending MLR as champion/owner of project to address medical, legal, and regulatory conversations in real time as it adheres to marketing asset.
The key responsibilities include:
- Manages the production budgeting for a book of work for a series of brands or Therapeutic area.
- Provides forecasting at year end to the brand team during next year's brand planning discussions across the printed marketing material.

- Attending MLR as champion/owner of project to address medical, legal, and regulatory conversations in real time as it adheres to marketing asset.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Bachelor's degree, 3 years of experience with Campaign marketing, Omnichannel (including print) marketing project management and budget allocation experience, familiarity with Agile Principles, marketing asset specifications, templates, content management systems, workflows.
You will also need to have experience managing external vendors, budgets and invoicing including vendor performance management, experience in inventory management; understanding reporting logistics, experience with all pharma marketing and launch scenarios.
