Job Title :- MS Exchange Messaging Engineer
Location :- Hybrid - Chicago IL
Duration :- 11 Months


Key skills: DNS, On-Prem, cloud, Exchange

Responsibilities:
" Evaluate existing DNS design and provide recommendations for improvements to ensure highest level of resiliency and security
" Provide DNS expertise as required to resolve DNS related incidents


Qualifications:
" Bachelor's Degree preferred (Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field)
" Sound understanding of Microsoft Exchange in a hybrid enterprise environment
" 5 years experience managing an enterprise Exchange environment
" 5 years experience managing external DNS and Microsoft DNS in an enterprise

Requirements:
" Excellent communication skills
" Ability to lead when required and provide guidance on project engagements
" Enterprise Exchange system engineering experience (Exchange 2019 / Exchange Online)
" Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
" Scripting experience: Powershell, Python, RESTful API
" Experience using a helpdesk or IT incident management software (Service Now)
" Excellent knowledge of DNS, Active Directory, Azure Active Directory
" Customer focused on timely issue resolution in a team oriented environment
" Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
" Strong critical thinking / problem-solving, and the ability to debug complex-cross systems problems, and document root cause including remediation.
" Ability and willingness to work in a 24*7*365 environment
