Job Title: Operations Analyst/Order Fulfillment Analyst
Work Location: Beaverton, OR
Duration: 11 Months
Responsibilities:
- The NBY Order Fulfillment Analyst needs to be a proactive, results oriented collaborator. Prioritize tasks, work independently, and are a flexible multitasker who thrives in an ambiguous environment.
- A curious mentality and a mind set to continuously improve operations in support of client's within our client's End-to-End supply chain are a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree with a focus in, Supply Chain, Business, Planning or related field
- Min of 2 years of relevant experience in supply chain, business, planning or related fields is strongly preferred.
- Advanced skills in SAP Purchasing module, Tableau and Excel
- Creative and analytical problem solver who will proactively research and drive E2E solutions
- Proven ability to communicate complex topics and concepts (verbal and written) to a wider and diverse audience, to influence and motivate many areas of the organization.
- Collaborative approach to gathering input from multiple stakeholders and creating alignment.
- Ability to work cross functionally and cross culturally to drive results.
- Ability to maintain a high level of integrity and flexibility within a matrix organization
- Work comfortably and independently in an environment of ambiguity
- Ability to lead and prioritize multiple tasks and deliver against deadlines.

Salary : $40 - $47
