Payments Business Analyst

Job Title: Business Analyst - Payments

Duration: FTE/Direct Hire Permanent

Location: NY, NY / Pittsburgh, PA ( 3-4 days from client office, Hybrid )

Job Description:

Prior experience with

• Payment life cycle functions - initiation, validation, routing, settlement etc.
• ISO 20022 standards
• Payment rails - ACH, Wires, FedNow, Real Time Payments.
• Hands on experience on payment systems and exposure to Payments Hub, Clearing and Settlement and channels.
• knowledge on payment life cycle (Client <> Clearing) for High Value, Mass & Bulk payments, and Instant Payments.

Skill set / experience needed

• SWIFT Payment processing and knowledge of ISO20022
• Familiar with US payment schemes
• Ability to visualize UX solution
• Work with Product Dev and QA team
• Ability to Perform UAT
• Documentation using JIRA and Confluence
• Well versed with Agile concepts
• Provide demo and walkthroughs
• Flexible with working hours
• Good communication skills
• Minimum 4 years’ experience in payments
• BA certifications are good to have
• Banking domain idea will help
• Client interactions and stakeholder management will be an added advantage
