Duration: 5 months contract(Extendable)

Education Minimum Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Procurement - 7 years of Global Procurement / Global Strategic Sourcing or global business management (Consulting, Finance, HR) experience.
- Technical - Indirect Procurement Global Category Management knowledge, including global experience in Professional Services.
- Deep expertise in the Management Advisory Services Category including Category Strategy.
- Development, Strategic Sourcing, Supplier Relationship Management and Project Management and Execution.
- Business Acumen: Demonstrates skill in incorporating financial data and deep industry knowledge to identify key business opportunities.
- Executive Leadership: A self-starter with excellent interpersonal and influential skills; able to interact across all levels of the organization, especially with senior executives.
- Problem Solving: Identifies and integrates patterns, trends, and inconsistencies across data sources to determine broader implications.

- Support procurement in shaping a global category strategy.
- Leads the refresh of Advisory Services Procurement Strategy, including:
- Category, contract, risk, and stakeholder management strategies.
- Supplier Relationship Management Program.
- Maintains strong relationships with senior leaders across corporate functions.
- Business Outcome Orientation: Anticipates trends, shares market intelligence, and aligns procurement efforts with stakeholder needs.
- Category & Technical Expertise: Applies technical knowledge to enhance procurement processes and align with emerging trends.
- Change Management: Manages initiatives, aligns stakeholders, and builds support for change.
- End-to-End Supply Chain: Leverages supply chain interdependencies to support strategic sourcing and performance.
- Negotiation & Contract Management: Develops and manages complex agreements; demonstrates deep legal and contract knowledge.
- Sourcing Management: Leads cross-functional sourcing, competitive bidding, and vendor selection processes.
- Supply Market Expertise: Understands market dynamics, pricing trends, and availability risks to inform decisions.
