Product Support/Engineering Specialist

Rate-35/hour
Collaborate with service engineering and customer facing teams to solicit and gage customer feedback on product quality concerns.
Lead cross functional teams encompassing L3-L5 design controls, product support and customer facing team members through the DMAIC CPI (Continuous Product Improvement) process to introduce production and service part solutions on time and on cost.
Engage customers, dealers, suppliers, team members, and other business units in assessing and communicating project results.
Lead and maintain Power bi dashboards that are utilized for monitoring quality trends
