Job Description:

Title: SAP Project Manager

Location: New Brunswick, NJ

Duration: 12 Months (Extendable)

Pay Rate: $76.92/hr on W2

Must Have Skills:

 SAP Experience is a Must 3-4 years minimum.

 Self-Starter

 Knowledge of SAP Supply chain and quality Processes

 At least one full life cycle of SAP

 Knowledge of SDLC process

 Data management support knowledge a must.

 Business Analyst Background a plus

 Able to provide Testing support following a systems validation plan is a plus.

 Knowledge of Life sciences a plus

 Expert in Microsoft Project

 Expert in power point presentations

 Excellent communication and collaboration skills

 Use of MS Teams, Sharepoint sites

 GxP validation

 Application interface (esp. with SAP, Quality management system)

 Must have IT SDLC Project management experience (esp. with exposure to SAP project management)

Project/Domain Overview:

Client is implementing SAP Batch Release Hub for Life Sciences to automate the batch release process and reduce the risk of quality noncompliance while minimizing risk management costs and order fulfilment lead time. The project will have various workstreams and this role of Jr. Project Manager cum Business Analyst will closely work with the Overall Project Manager and Workstream IT lead to support and lead specific project management activities for assigned project workstreams and also work in Business Analyst capacity. The project is expected to run for 12 to 18months.

Outline of key responsibilities & deliverables:

 Build Microsoft project plan with clear WBS, task details, duration estimates, resource plans and dependencies

 Track and management of project schedule

 Support Overall PM in workstream level status tracking and reporting

 Able to manage project plan, Micro PM or Smartsheet

 Track and manage RAID Log

 As business analyst – document BRD by collaborating with business owners, SMEs from various functions such as Global quality, Quality compliance, Supply Chain

 Collaborate with IT vendor lead in translating BRD into URS, FRS and Technical specs, Obtain design

 Support in validation testing documentation, system validation plan, UAT plan etc
