Work Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Job Summary:
We are seeking a contingent worker to evaluate and investigate customer complaints, with responsibilities including reviewing batch records, identifying root causes, and documenting the findings. This role requires strong written communication skills and experience in Trackwise software would be a plus.
Responsibilities:
Evaluate Customer Complaints: Coordinate documentation review, sample testing, and root cause analysis for customer complaints.
Lead Investigations: Facilitate complaint investigations to identify and reduce causes of complaints.
Analyze Data: Identify trends in complaint data and determine significant complaint issues and recurring categories.
Document Findings: Record all activities related to complaint analysis, investigations, corrective actions, preventive actions, and process efficiency.
Manage Complaint Files: Maintain customer complaint-related files in compliance with policies and procedures.
Handle Returned Samples: Ensure safe handling of returned samples, taking precautions for contaminated or sharp products.
Audit Corrective Actions: Review corrective actions to assess their effectiveness in resolving complaints.
Ensure Compliance: Adhere to federal regulations and international standards where applicable.
Dimensional Inspections: Conduct inspections as needed across various departments.
Provide Improvement Solutions: Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for processes, departments, or the facility.
Miscellaneous Duties: Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor of Science preferred, though experience may be considered in lieu of education.
Experience: Must have relevant experience handling customer complaints, with strong documentation and investigative skills.
Skills:
Strong written communication skills
