Rate-50/hour

Typical task breakdown:

1. Weekly staff and prioritization meetings
2. Facilitate the development of APQP documentation including, but not limited to process FMEAs, control plans and process flow diagrams
3. Support and tracking of recommended action from the process FMEAs
4. Independent scheduling and leading APQP readiness meetings with manufacturing engineering teams
5. Review and /or develop process capability studies, measurement systems analysis
6. Create final production part approval documentation (PPAP)
7. Formal documentation and presentation at stakeholder updates

Education & Experience Required:

1. Bachelor's degree in engineering required
2. 8-10 years experience required

Technical Skills

(Required)

1. Ability to facilitate and create all APQP elements including Process Flow, Control Plan and Process Failure Modes and Effect Analysis (PFMEA)
2. Excell
3. PowerPoint
4. Teams
