Position: RPA Development Lead (UiPath)
Location: REMOTE
Type: Long Term Contract

The RPA Development Lead (UiPath) is responsible for leading the development and implementation of robotic process automation solutions using UiPath. This role requires extensive experience in RPA tools, particularly UiPath. The position focuses on developing unattended and attended automations, ensuring best practices in RPA solution architecture, and collaborating with teams to enhance automation processes.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and implementation of RPA solutions using UiPath.
• Design and develop unattended and attended automations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities.
• Ensure adherence to RPA best practices and solution architecture.
• Manage and mentor junior developers in RPA practices.
• Oversee the deployment and maintenance of RPA solutions.

Requirements:

• Minimum 10-12 years in IT with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in RPA tools, particularly UiPath.
• 5-7 years of UiPath development experience, including unattended and attended automations.
• Expertise in UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and Robots.
• Hands-on experience with intelligent document processing and communications mining.
• Strong understanding of RPA concepts, solution architecture, and best practices.
• Proficiency in databases, SQL, and API integration.
• Familiarity with Git for version control.
• Skilled in working with JSON, XML, and other data exchange formats.
