Job title: Scrum Master (geospatial project)
Location: Hartford - CT USA – Hybrid Onsite
Hire Type: 11 Months Contract
The ideal candidate will have expertise in CX and Scrum Master methodologies.
This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can manage geospatial projects effectively and ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions.
The position does not require travel and operates during day shifts.
Responsibilities:
Lead the planning and execution of geospatial projects to ensure timely delivery and quality outcomes.
- Oversee the development and implementation of geospatial data collection and analysis strategies.
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members on geospatial technologies and methodologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate geospatial solutions with other business processes.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in geospatial data management.
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and ensure adherence to Agile principles within the team.
- Monitor project progress and address any issues or risks that may arise.
- Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders regularly.
- Develop and maintain documentation for geospatial projects and processes.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance team skills and knowledge.
- Evaluate and recommend new geospatial tools and technologies to improve project outcomes.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment within the team.
- Ensure that all geospatial solutions align with the company’s goals and objectives.
