Location: Atlanta GA (Need Local or Nearby)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to drive P&L growth, consultative selling, and strategic expansion within key IT accounts. This role requires a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of IT services, enterprise sales, and relationship management at the C-level. The ideal candidate will be responsible for growing revenue, identifying new opportunities, and ensuring overall account success.


Key Responsibilities:

P&L Growth & Revenue Expansion

  • Own the overall P&L responsibility for assigned accounts, ensuring profitability and revenue growth.
  • Develop and implement strategic account plans to drive long-term business growth.
  • Identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Work closely with finance teams to track revenue, margins, and forecasts.

Consultative Sales & Business Development

  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their business challenges and aligning IT solutions accordingly.
  • Engage in high-value consultative selling, ensuring IT services align with client needs.
  • Drive contract renewals, new service adoption, and expansion opportunities.
  • Collaborate with delivery teams to define customer-centric solutions and proposals.

Client Relationship Management

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders, including C-level executives.
  • Conduct regular business reviews to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention by proactively addressing client concerns.
  • Lead onsite review meetings and maintain consistent engagement with clients.

Strategic Account Management & Operations

  • Work closely with internal technical architects, practice leads, and offshore teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Participate in contract discussions and negotiations to secure long-term business partnerships.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and industry events to enhance brand visibility.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to provide innovative solutions to clients.


Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8-10 years of experience in consultative sales, account management, and strategic IT services sales.
  • Proven track record of P&L management and revenue growth within IT services organizations.
  • Strong ability to engage with complex enterprise accounts and drive strategic business initiatives.
  • Experience working with offshore teams and collaborating across global teams.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Willingness to travel domestically (up to 50%) with occasional international travel.
