Responsibilities:
PURPOSE/SUMMARY
- The Sr. Financial analyst is responsible for day-to-day finance support of the assigned Global / Regional function(s), in partnership with the Global Function Head, to ensure best in class planning, budgeting, forecasting and performance management activities with a focus on an end-to-end financial view of the assigned function(s) to drive superior business decisions.
- PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES・Be the interface between the Finance and Global / Regional organizations in aligning functional goals and strategies to broader global initiatives.
- Deliver timely financial analysis / commentary to effectively measure business performance against strategic priorities. Identify key risks and opportunities for improvement of financial performance.
- Support mid- and long-term planning, forecasting, investment decision making and analysis that produce accurate/achievable plans and forecasts, aligned with strategic objectives of the business.
- Ensure meaningful analysis and understanding of cost drivers between normal business running costs and one time project spend is appropriately implemented to bring visibility across organization.
- Implement governance around budgeting and control, including ownership and cost allocation across business units, functions, and regions.
- Partner with the Global Function Head and their leadership team to enhance financial management understanding as a vital element of decision making.
