Job Title : Senior Program Manager ( banking domain )
Location : Irvine, CA ( 2 / 3 days onsite a week)
JD of Sr Program Manager
- Program Manager with experience of running, implementing and reporting across large scale multiple projects simultaneously running in parallel (Scrum Masters running one project will not fit this role)
- Experience with Managing large IT Programs in Retirements domain.
- Managing Senior level client stakeholders (CIO, CIO -1, Director and the likes) on a Daily basis
- Reporting on a daily basis to CIO, CIO-1, Director level client stakeholders after obtaining project level updates from individual Scrum Masters / PMs
- Ability to own and create overarching Program Plan with multiple in-flight Projects
- Must have strong technology background preferably in Java technologies
- Well versed with Program and Project Management activities ( Seasoned Program Manager )
- Strong Stakeholder management and communication skills are a MUST (Candidate will not survive this role without this skillset)
- Experience of complete project life cycle implementation experience across Analysis design development and production rollout
- Experience of managing Agile / Scrum based project delivery is a must
- Experience and knowledge of Capital Markets will be a Plus.
