Job Description
Title: Sr. Compensation Analyst
Duration: 04 months
Location: 100% Remote
Note: Position can be 100% remote; Candidate must be located in Eastern Time Zone.
Summary
- This role will support the development, implementation and management of compensation programs, with a focus on short and long-term incentives, broad-based employee compensation, annual compensation processes, and HR technology.
- The person in this role must be an analytical professional with a keen interest in understanding and communicating data, as well as developing models that support recommended approaches.
- This person must have the ability to balance multiple priorities, have analytical rigor, and superior communication skills. Attention to detail is critical.
Key Activities
- Manipulate and analyze large data sets to distill insights and convey findings
- Develop and maintain financial compensation models in connection with new incentive programs and labor metrics
- Manage and submit benchmarking and compensation data for third party compensation surveys and complete competitive analysis
- Develop functional requirements to design or improve upon compensation plans and processes; create and deliver associated training including tools and templates for global application
- Develop compensation education and communications
- Review Workday compensation and job configurations and make recommendations for improvements
- Assist with the completion of various ad-hoc short-term projects

- Ability to work independently and demonstrated ability to quickly assess and resolve issues, while translating complex information into understandable terms
- Self-starter with demonstrated ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
- Demonstrated ability to effectively present information and respond to queries in a clear and concise manner
- Ability to analyze situations, generate alternatives and make sound recommendations to management
- Key Experience & Skills
- Must possess significant interpersonal and communication skills and is a team player who proactively seeks to find solutions
- Advanced qualitative, quantitative, analytical and project management skills
- Hands on experience translating business requirements into functional solutions
- Proficiency in Excel as well as other software experience (e.g. HRIS, Microsoft Word, Powerpoint and Access, etc..)
- Workday experience including advanced compensation testing
- Demonstrated knowledge of rewards plans and program administration methods (i.e. - health and welfare, income protection, retirement, compensation, ESPP etc.)
- Experience with designing global administration processes (global process design)
- Exposure to annual compensation cycle activities
- Ability to contribute to strategic analysis of benefits and compensation plans
- Bachelor s Degree required; CBP or CCP desirable
- 10 years of progressive compensation or finance experience in a globally matrixed environment
