Job Title: Technical Support Tier 1
Pay Rate: $20/hour
Location: Office 1000 Deerfield Pkwy Buffalo Grove IL USA 60089
Working Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (1 hour lunch break)
Timekeeping: Dayforce
Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming technical support requests for product information and issues.
- Log and document support requests in the company call tracking system.
- Resolve 40% of support requests with technical training and creative solutions.
- Escalate complex issues to Field Support Engineers.
- Complete required training courses for skill enhancement and career development.
- Participate in special projects to expand technical abilities.
Requirements:
Required:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Strong communication, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent customer service and satisfaction focus.
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hardware/Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Windows OS and computer networking is a plus
