What you'll do

- Experience with thermal, cooling and HVAC systems validation and testing for engine/exhaust under hood environments.
- Coordinate test plans with DREs.
- Track and support obtaining hardware needed for test bench support.
- Working with system engineers ensure proper system requirements are met.
- Coordinate and facilitate bench and vehicle testing.
- Support testing at supplier when necessary.
- Experience with engine cooling thermal systems development.

- Bachelor's or master's degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or combined electrical/mechanical engineering, systems engineering, or a relevant field.
- 3-5 years of experience in thermal, colling, and/or HVAC and relevant automotive assignments, covering all phases of product development (design, test, and launch).
- Strong technical skills and expertise in automotive systems, employing a six-sigma approach to engineering design and problem-solving.
- Familiarity with computer-aided engineering (CAE) or direct experience in this field.
- Ability to build strong working relationships with individuals at all organizational levels.
