Job Description
- Develop economic, efficient, and demanding gate driver and power conversion-related products.
- Work with colleagues to define a chip architecture, refine it to block level, and agree on a chip floor plan.
- Define innovative circuit solutions that implement complex functions and control schemes necessary to deliver target system performance.
- Support layout engineers during physical design and related verification.
- Generate design documentation reports and participate in Design Reviews.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Master's or Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in analog and mixed signal Integrated Circuit Design.
- Good understanding of power semiconductors and their applications.
- Solid background in Power Conversion (AC-DC and DC-DC) circuit design.
- Deep knowledge and understanding of best-practice analogue IC design methods.
