Summary :

The Team : CloudTune builds foundational technology that enables capacity assurance and infrastructure cost controllership for Our Stores Digital and Other (SDO) businesses as customers of AWS. Our systems and processes are key enablers of cloud elasticity at SDO’s scale, rate of innovation and business agility needs, while eliminating undifferentiated effort across these domains.

Job Responsibilities :

• CloudTune is looking for a Technical Content Writer to lead our documentation of our complex operations, build handbooks, and product features for our customers.
• In this role, you will influence how we deliver zero-touch cost controllership and scaling experience for thousands of SDO builders and service owners.
• You must have experience writing documentation for APIs, SDKs, components, and tools. Your documentation will be used by internal software developers.
• This position requires precise documentation and clear communication and presentation skills, along with a solid understanding of software engineering.
• If you are interested in contributing to and earning customer trust in how our automated decision-making systems execute 100Ks of monthly capacity procurement and allocation actions for 100 events per year across 20 stores and thousands of services, then this job is for you.

The pay rate range above is the base hourly pay range that Aditi Consulting reasonably expects to pay someone for this position (compensation may vary outside of this range depending on several factors, including but not limited to, a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, location and end client requirements).
