What You’ll Do
- Develop & Test Sales Procedures
- Collaborate on creating telemarketing scripts and outside sales protocols.
- Pilot these procedures, gather feedback, and refine for optimal performance.
- Hire & Train Teams
- Once new processes are proven effective, help recruit telemarketers, outside sales reps, and more.
- Conduct training sessions to ensure everyone is equipped for success.
- Iterate & Innovate
- Continuously explore new approaches to improve sales outcomes.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and best practices.
- Collaborate with Leadership
- Work directly with company leadership to set targets, track progress, and celebrate wins.
What We’re Looking For
- Sales or Telemarketing Experience: A history of success in generating leads, closing deals, or managing sales teams.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) Preferred: While not mandatory, Spanish language skills will give you an edge in supporting a broader customer base.
- Strong Communicator & Team Builder: Ability to motivate and guide a team through new processes.
- Self-Starter with an Innovative Mindset: Someone who thrives on testing ideas, learning quickly, and adapting strategies for success.
- Flexibility & Accountability: Must be ready to work both on-site and off-site, meet deadlines, and own your results.
