Netafim USA is a rapidly growing manufacturer of highly advanced irrigation systems. As the industry leader, we provide innovative irrigation solutions to our customer base in the Agricultural, Landscaping, Wastewater, Mining and Greenhouse Markets throughout North America.
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) position is responsible for providing high levels of service to our valued customers in such a way as to foster the development of long lasting partnerships. CSR’s provide professional, friendly service in a fast-paced, detail oriented environment.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: (Other duties as assigned.)
-Proactive problem solving to meet customer’s product, logistics and service needs
-Create and develop relationships with customers through professional and friendly phone and e-mail support
-Entry and management of customer orders and returns accurately and efficiently in the ERP system so that the organization is successful in meeting customer needs
-Accurately convey detailed technical product and logistics information via phone and e-mail
-Management of opportunities for improvement into the ERP system
-Provide ‘Voice of Customer’ feedback to the organization
-Develop positive working relationships cross-functionally that promote teamwork
-Visits to customer sites and/or trade show participation is possible and may require some occasional travel
-Coordination and implementation of sales strategies with the Sales and Marketing Team
-Strong commitment to continuous personal development and growth
-Miscellaneous projects as assigned by Department Manager
Requirements
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS include the following:

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
-4-year college degree or equivalent experience in a related field is desirable
-Minimum 3 years previous customer service and/or industry related experience a must
-Prior experience with irrigation or related technology is highly desirable
LANGUAGE SKILLS
-Fluency in English is required
-Fluency in Spanish is advantageous
