Description
This position is a key role within our sales and operations planning and supply chain processes. Responsibilities include analysis of inventory trends, working capital optimization, and ERP material data. Also responsible for inventory reporting to local and global management.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: (Other duties as assigned.)
- Inventory reporting tasking include monthly inventory reporting to leadership, & cross-functional teams
- Continuous analysis of SKU performance to support business requirements and optimization of working capital
- Responsible to collaborate with the planning and product management organizations in developing inventory strategies on existing items, new products and product phase out-
- Performance analysis for supply and inventory key performance indicators-
- Execution/ Monitoring of Product Life Cycle activities in alignment with Product Management (Development and control of plan for product transitions, new product launches, end of cycle related to inventory SKU)
- Management of material master data required for supply planning
· Complete special projects and assignments as requested.
Requirements
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS include the following.
3-5 years operational manufacturing experience emphasis on MRP, supply chain, production planning
Ability to communicate, verbally and written, professionally with people at all levels of the organization and external contacts
Solid decision making, analytical and organizational skills
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of changing situations under time constraints and/or high-pressure environment
Ability to interact professionally with multiple departments to effectively meet customer requirements
Experience in leading a team or project
MS-Office proficient
Fluent in English -verbal and written
SAP or SO99 system experience highly desired
APICs/ASCM Certification desired
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business administration or other supply chain management related field

Ability to work extended schedules as needed
Long periods of computer work at a desk/cubicle
Salary : $68,640 - $75,000
