We are seeking a motivated and reliable individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Machine Operator. This position offers on-the-job training, making it a great opportunity for someone looking to start a career in manufacturing. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, be eager to learn, and have the ability to follow both written and verbal instructions.
Responsibilities:
- Learn to read and interpret blueprints and sketches to operate machinery effectively.
- Perform preventative maintenance (PM) on machine tools as directed.
- Develop the ability to accurately measure and inspect items to ensure quality standards.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Technical college or vocational school training, certification, or degree is a plus but not mandatory.
- Willingness to listen, learn, and apply new skills from provided training.
- Ability to stand for long periods (over 8 hours).
- Must be able to lift more than 50 lbs.
Training and Work Schedule:
- 6 hours per day, 30 hours per week.
- Training schedule: 7:00 AM - 1:30 PM (includes a 30-minute lunch).
Post-Training Schedule:
- Full-time, 40 hours per week.
- Standard shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM (includes a 30-minute lunch).

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
