What You’ll Do:
- Develop and execute customer marketing strategies that align with NetBrain’s goals, focusing on retention, upselling, and cross-selling initiatives.
- Analyze customer data and insights to identify trends, segments, and opportunities for tailored marketing campaigns.
- Create and manage targeted email campaigns, loyalty programs, and customer engagement initiatives that resonate with our audience.
- Collaborate with the sales and product teams to develop promotional materials and resources that highlight customer benefits and success stories.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights to improve future initiatives.
- Design and implement customer feedback loops, ensuring that we capture and act on customer insights and preferences.
- Foster a customer-centric culture within the organization by sharing insights and advocating for customer needs across departments.
- Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in customer marketing to continuously enhance our strategies.
You Have…
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in customer marketing or a related role, with a proven track record of developing successful marketing programs.
- Strong analytical skills and experience using customer data to inform strategic decisions and marketing initiatives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM platforms, as well as data analysis software.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel for customer events as needed, understanding that travel will be necessary but not excessive, ensuring a balance between field activities and other responsibilities.
- Experience in technology, cybersecurity, or IT-related marketing a plus.
What We Offer
Our comprehensive compensation package is vital in how we recognize our people for the impact they make on us reaching our goals as a company.
For this role, the estimated base salary range is between $125,000 - $155,000 Bonus & Stock Options. The actual salary may vary based on a range of factors, including market and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process.
The range listed above is a guideline, and may be modified.
