Netchannels is looking to hire a full time Industry Analyst Relations Program Manager for one of our clients. This is an on-going, long-term engagement.

NOTE: this is NOT a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or Financial Analyst role.

Description:
The analyst relations team is responsible for setting and executing strategy to ensure both large and boutique analyst firms understand the client’s capabilities and represent them accurately to the market and their end users. Tier 1 analyst firms are: Gartner, Forrester, IDC.

Job Overview
Work closely with the Customer Reference team to bring customer stories to analysts.  This person will be responsible for sharing information, organizing webinars, scheduling meetings, preparing briefing documents for speakers and stakeholders. The role is to increase visibility for Product and Services to the analyst community.  This role requires a strong Program Management experience.
Specific Responsibilities:
  • Build strong relationships with influential analysts by presenting customers stories to them
  • Serve as an internal resource to bridge the gap between analyst and customers
  • Program manage all interactions between customers and analysts including;
    • Scheduling meetings and managing calendar
    • Managing the dashboard of activities
    • Briefing documents for all parties involved
    • Logistics of events
    • Running webinars
    • Actively review, summarize and track relevant feedback to be shared with stakeholders
    • Send follow-up communications to all attendees
  • Provide insight back to the management team and other key internal partners on analyst feedback.
  • Be a strong driver in managing the program and collaborate with multiple teams: Product Marketing, Customer Reference, Sales
  • Prepare, review and edit presentations and materials
  • Assist in planning and delivery of Analyst Conference with all members of the AR team
  • Participate in and coordinate analyst interactions at conferences and other trade events
  • Prepare analyst briefing books to inform the client’s teams of recent analyst engagements and research prior to in person meetings
Qualifications:
  • Experience in High-Technology is a must
  • Solid industry analyst relationships and a few references from top firms
  • Experience with Customer Advocacy/Reference
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills, with a knack for tying product and company developments to larger industry trends and research
  • Track record for executing Analysts events such as Webinar, in-person meetings including all logistics
  • Demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional organizations (sales, PR, social media, product, business dev, and vertical marketing organizations)
  • 7 years’ experience in Analyst Relations preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Some travel required to analyst conferences and team meetings
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Project management skills
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills
