Job Duties and Responsibilities:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Integration Specialist to join our team. This pivotal role will focus on ensuring seamless integration across various systems, including point-of-sale, inventory management, e-commerce platforms, and other third-party services. The ideal candidate will bring in-depth technical expertise and hands-on experience in SQL and API integrations to drive system efficiency and reliability.

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and manage integration solutions to connect internal systems (e.g., inventory management, POS, and supply chain systems) with external partners and services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline data flows and ensure seamless integration across platforms.
- Troubleshoot, monitor, and resolve any integration issues to maintain system reliability and minimal downtime.
- Develop and maintain integration documentation, including system workflows, architecture, and detailed troubleshooting guides.
- Provide technical guidance on integration best practices.
- Stay up to date with new technologies and trends in integration solutions, and suggest improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our systems.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an Integration Specialist, API Developer, or a similar technical role, with a focus on SQL and REST API integrations.
- Extensive hands-on experience with SQL database management, query optimization, and troubleshooting in a large-scale, fast-paced environment.
- Expertise in designing, developing, and consuming REST APIs for connecting various business systems.
- Strong understanding of data transformation, ETL processes, and data mappings.
- Experience working with large data sets and ensuring data integrity across systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
- Understanding of retail operations and how to integrate different systems like POS, ERP, and e-commerce
- Experience with automation and workflow solutions within the Office 365 suite (Power Automate, Microsoft Graph API and Power Apps) is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with integration tools and platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, SnapLogic).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms integration tools in a retail context.
- Knowledge of supply chain, logistics, or inventory management systems.
- Experience with BI tools or platforms (e.g., Tableau and Power BI) is a plus.
- Experience in the retail industry or grocery chain environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
