What You’ll Do
At NetDocuments, we’re on a mission to empower teams with seamless collaboration and innovation. We’re looking for an Associate Scrum Master to help guide our teams toward continuous improvement and data-driven product development. In this role, you’ll play a key part in fostering Agile best practices, removing roadblocks, and ensuring our teams are set up for success. Reporting to the Director of Engineering Operations, you’ll bring a servant-leader mindset to support, coach, and empower teams to deliver their best work. You will:
- Lead team standup, retrospective, and sprint review ceremonies
- Work within agile and scrum principles with a goal of continuous improvement in these disciplines
- Work with the Product and Engineering Managers to facilitate backlog grooming and sprint planning
- Develop, collects and communicates metrics to improve visibility, accountability, and to foster continuous improvement
- Advocate for the team and actively follows up to remove blockers and seeks helps from outside the team
- Help identify, report, and track dependencies between scrum teams
- Learn from and shares best practices with Scrum Master on other teams and trains
- Manage personal time effectively and can quickly sense what will help or hinder accomplishing a goal
What You’ll Need to be Successful
- Associate’s Degree or equivalent work or life experience
- Experience managing teams or projects
- Preferably experience in a software development environment or with management/reporting tools
- Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communications skills
- Ability to work with and support cross-functional development teams
- Strong attention to detail and focus on task completion is critical

Compensation Transparency
The compensation range for this position is: $40,000 - $60,000
The posted cash compensation for this position includes on target earnings, base salary and variable if applicable. Some roles may qualify for overtime pay. Individual compensation packages are determined based on various factors specific to each candidate, such as career level, skills, experience, geographic location, qualifications, and other job-related considerations
