The annual compensation range for this position is: $100,000 - $110,000
The posted cash compensation for this position includes on target earnings, base salary and variable if applicable. Some roles may qualify for overtime pay. What Your Contributions Will Be
- Manage a portfolio of SaaS implementation projects led by project managers, ensuring successful delivery, alignment with business goals, and high customer satisfaction.
- Directly lead key strategic implementation projects as needed.
- Develop and maintain portfolio-level reporting, tracking project status, risks, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Act as the escalation point for project risks and roadblocks, working cross-functionally to develop and execute mitigation plans.
- Provide guidance to project leads, ensuring risks and issues are proactively managed.
- Own and evolve standardized project plan templates, best practices, and playbooks to enhance consistency and efficiency across projects.
- Identify opportunities to mature project management practices, improving delivery quality and operational scalability.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Customer Success, Product, Sales, and Leadership) to ensure alignment on project objectives and success criteria.
- Partner with customers to drive smooth onboarding and successful adoption of our software solutions.
- Other duties as assigned
- 3 years of project management experience in SaaS implementations.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches).
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and balancing competing priorities.
- Ability to guide, mentor, and support project leads while maintaining hands-on involvement in key projects.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, particularly in risk and escalation management.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across teams and with external customers.
- Experience working with law firms or corporate legal departments is a plus.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., GUIDEcx, Smartsheet, Asana, Jira, or equivalent).
