About the opportunity:
NetDocuments is seeking a Sr Revenue Operations Analyst to join our team. This candidate will partner closely with our SML sales leadership, provide analytical support and ensure the continued success and growth of SML sales team. The Sales Operations Analyst will report to the Director of Business Operations. The ideal candidate must have a strong Excel skillset, customer support background, execute in a fast-paced environment, and be eager to learn.
What your contributions will be:
· Develops and maintains sales support systems and administers sales automation tools.
· Manage customer renewal process, including negotiation interaction directly with customers.
· Creates and updates records of leads, accounts, or related information.
· Maintains a repository of master sales documents, including standard contracts, contract renewals and current price sheets.
· Educating customers and providing effective solutions on contract renewal changes.
· Collection and analyzing of customer data to prepare contract renewal/negotiation.
· Provide and implement recommendations that streamline and automate processes.
· Streamline processes and become a trusted advisor for SML sales leaders, providing data to make decisions that will position their teams for success.
· Generate reports detailing pipelines, forecasts, or tracking productivity or quota attainment.
· Collect, consolidate and generate weekly sales forecast.
· Other duties as assigned.

What you will need for success:
· Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in sales operations, revenue operations, marketing operations
· Advanced Excel experience
· Advanced CRM (Salesforce.com) experience and ability to create PowerPoint
· Proven Revenue Operations or Sales Operations experience
· Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to diverse personalities
· Ability to execute while managing competing priorities
Ideally you will have:
· Experience with Salesforce and Salesloft
· Data visualization tool - PowerBI, Tableau

Compensation Transparency
The compensation range for this position is: $95,000 - $110,000 variable
The posted cash compensation for this position includes on target earnings, base salary and variable if applicable. Some roles may qualify for overtime pay. Individual compensation packages are determined based on various factors specific to each candidate, such as career level, skills, experience, geographic location, qualifications, and other job-related considerations
