Your opportunity for impact : NetDocuments is seeking a Senior Manager, Strategic Programs & Execution who will act as an internal consultant and strategist, reporting directly to the Chief of Staff to the CEO. In this role, you’ll be assigned to different teams and departments across the organization to tackle high-impact challenges—ranging from analyzing customer churn by segment and product to improving post-M&A integration. You will not only develop data-driven recommendations but also stay embedded within these teams to ensure effective execution. This hybrid strategic-and-operational focus gives you the opportunity to have a significant impact on the company’s success and gain broad exposure to diverse business problems. What Your Contributions Will Be : Serve as an Internal Consultant Collaborate with various departments (e.g., Customer Success, Product, Sales, etc.) to identify critical business challenges, analyze underlying issues, and recommend strategic solutions. Remain embedded with teams post-recommendation to guide operational execution, track results, and adjust strategies as needed. Enable Leadership Success Create and maintain strong cross-departmental relationships to drive alignment on corporate objectives and projects. Provide analytical support to executives and stakeholders, turning data into actionable insights that inform strategic decisions. Drive Operational Efficiency Assess and streamline current operational systems and processes to maximize efficiency and minimize disruption for both internal teams and customers. Determine, track, and report on key metrics that measure the success of your initiatives, ensuring accountability and continuous improvement. Lead High-Impact Projects Spearhead cross-functional, CEO-directed initiatives that foster revenue growth and accelerate company profitability. Work closely with the CFO on post-M&A activities, ensuring seamless acquisition integrations. Strategic Advisory & Communication Act as a strategic advisor for internal and external communications, including operational updates to the Board of Directors. Provide strategic counsel on the company’s value proposition, including products, services, and competitive positioning. Other duties and special projects as assigned by the Chief of Staff and CEO. Required Education and Experience : Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field 3 - 6 years of experience in operations or a related domain, including exposure to mergers and acquisitions Experience in the software industry or a technology-driven environmentWhat You Will Need for Success : Communication Proficiency : You can distill complex ideas into clear, actionable plans for diverse audiences. Salary : $165,000 - $175,000
