Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Contract - Medical Device Installer to join our team and ensure the seamless installation and implementation of our state-of-the-art devices. This is a Contract position, with the opportunity to join the team as a full time employee with benefits. The candidate will be responsible for the efficient and accurate installation of Neteera's contactless vital signs monitors in various healthcare settings. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years experience working under a master electrician and have completed an Journeyman Electrician program. An extensive training program is available to properly enable the candidate to perform the installation per Neteera standards.
Responsibilities
- Install Neteera contactless vital signs monitors in long-term care facilities, hospitals, and skilled nursing facilities, providing connectivity to it by using both in-wall or in-raceway install methods.
- Upgrade outlets to modern, hospital grade receptacles and extend outlet locations as necessary in order to complete a clean, functional installation.
- Configure the Neteera device to join the pre-configured wifi network and establish connectivity with our cloud platform, HealthGate.
- Conduct site assessments to determine optimal installation locations and configurations.
- Collaborate with healthcare staff to understand specific installation requirements and address any technical concerns.
- Perform electrical and technical troubleshooting and repairs as needed during and after installation.
- Ensure all installations comply with state and federal regulations and industry standards.
- Maintain detailed records of installations, including site reports and equipment logs.
- Follow safety protocols and adhere to all relevant health and safety guidelines.
Requirements
- Completed at least 4 years in an electrician's journeyman program.
- Possess an active state electrician's certificate.
- Proven experience in the installation and maintenance of medical devices in healthcare facilities is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to travel to various installation sites as required.
- Proficient in basic network troubleshooting using Microsoft Windows-based tools.
- Basic understanding of TCP/IP networking principles and wifi networks.
- Experience with IT infrastructure management and maintenance.
- Ability to analyze technical issues effectively and provide timely resolutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service.
- Relevant certifications in IT support or networking are advantageous but not mandatory.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Prolonged periods of standing, bending, and working in confined spaces.
- Ability to use hand and power tools.

Pay: $27.00 - $34.00 per hour
