Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Compliance Manager to ensure our company adheres to all regulatory and legal requirements. The Compliance Manager will develop, implement, and oversee policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry regulations, internal standards, and risk management best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and monitor compliance policies and procedures to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify potential compliance issues.
Stay updated on industry laws and regulations and ensure company policies align with changes.
Provide training and guidance to employees on compliance-related matters.
Investigate and address compliance violations, implementing corrective actions when necessary.
Collaborate with internal departments (Legal, HR, Finance, etc.) to ensure company-wide compliance.
Prepare and submit regulatory reports and maintain compliance documentation.
Act as a liaison between the company and regulatory agencies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
professional certifications preferred (CAMS, CFE)
minimum 5 years of experience in compliance, risk management, or regulatory affairs.
Strong knowledge of payments industry
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with compliance management systems and reporting tools.
