As the Finance Manager for Netflix House - King of Prussia, you will oversee all of the coordination of the site’s FP&A efforts, including coordination with corporate teams, soliciting vendor inputs, actively managing the P&L, and assisting with system consolidations.

As the Finance Manager for Netflix House - King of Prussia, you will oversee all of the coordination of the site’s FP&A efforts, including coordination with corporate teams, soliciting vendor inputs, actively managing the P&L, and assisting with system consolidations.
What You Will Do
- Manage day-to-day financial efforts for the Netflix House site including regular financial forecasts.
- Bridge site operations with the corporate finance and accounting teams.
- Liaise with Site GM to build an understanding of local operations (e.g. staffing plans) and develop KPIs.
- Partner and co-lead the monthly business reviews with the Site GM including flux analysis.
- Partner closely with the Sales team to understand sales patterns and inform the GM’s operating plans.
- Partner closely with external vendors, solicit their forecasts, and manage the impact on the financials.
- Assist with the various system consolidations and submissions (e.g. Anaplan).
- 8-10 years of experience in a financial role. Experience at an LBE (location based entertainment) theme park, or hospitality company is preferred.
- High aptitude for problem solving, research, and financial modeling to build recommendations for the business.
- Self-starter with the ability to operate independently.
- Proven record of stakeholder management including influencing without authority.
- Excellent verbal and electronic communication skills.
- Detail oriented with a keen eye for process and business improvement opportunities.
- Proficiency with Google suite and Workday, is preferred.
