Job Summary
Netgroup Engineering is seeking a Measurement Engineer to support Features, Verification & Validation (FVV) for product development with Volvo Trucks North America . This role involves configuring and troubleshooting data acquisition (DAQ) systems , ensuring test requirements are met, and supporting internal customers at the Greensboro facility . The ideal candidate will have a strong background in DAQ systems, sensor applications, and metrology fundamentals .
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and develop DAQ systems, instrumentation, and data storage processes to meet internal testing requirements.
- Support investment planning and roadmap development for data acquisition systems .
- Implement and commission new equipment in collaboration with vendors.
- Plan, organize, and execute engineering projects related to measurement and testing.
- Work with global counterparts to adapt and standardize test procedures .
- Train engineers and technicians on DAQ system operation and best practices .
- Update test method documentation and internal procedures.
- Develop and improve test procedures for DAQ systems , including report automation .
