- 5 years' experience with Control System design, configuration and testing
- Experience with Novatech D3 is a plus
- Excellent communication Skills
- Candidate should work well in a team environment
- Certified completion of DeltaV training is a plus
- Experience with network design and troubleshooting is a plus
- Experience with wireless networks, both WiFi and Wi-HART is a plus
- Experience with OSI PI Historian is a plus
- Responsibilities
- Understands and is accountable for full compliance with safety and other EHS requirements
- Work closely with Engineers to ensure deliverables are reviewed in time for the different milestones and projects including:
- P&IDs
- Process Descriptions
- Equipment List
- IO List
- Alarm List
- Control Requirements
- Sequence Requirements
- HMI Requirements
- Interlock and Permissive requirements
- Narratives
- Provide field investigations to ensure alignment between P&ID, IO list, and Narratives
- Provide support to cross reference existing field wire tags to D3 code to ensure proper device tags
- Provide Instrument Layouts on General Arrangement (GR) drawings in advance of loop checks
- Help to identify decommissioned or broken instrumentation in advance of loop checks. Document findings in order for to properly create work tickets for repairs
- Ensure instruments are properly tagged in advance of loop checks
- Assist with loop checks during FAT
- Provide startup assistance during commissioning phases
- Understands and is accountable for full compliance with safety and other EHS requirements
