Mid-Level UI/UX Developer

NetImpact is actively seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Mid-Level UI/UX Developer

to join our award-winning and innovative team. The ideal candidate will have proficiency in the technologies outlined below, be highly self-motivated, and have the ability to take pride of ownership in their work and operate in a teleworking environment with minimal direct supervision.

Responsibilities

Design and implement intuitive user interfaces using Razor/Blazor, Radzen components, and CSS Bootstrap.
• Collaborate with backend developers to ensure seamless data flow and user experience across the application.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to guide the development process.
• Ensure the application's design is responsive, accessible, and optimized for multiple devices.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to refine the interface based on user feedback.
• Optimize front-end performance and ensure compatibility across browsers and platforms.
• Work with the DevSecOps team to integrate front-end assets into Dockerized environments.
• Stay updated on the latest UI/UX trends and technologies to continuously improve the application.

Required

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred
• S. Citizen; eligible for U.S. Public Trust Security Clearance
• 4 years of experience in UI/UX design and development with Razor/Blazor and CSS frameworks like Bootstrap.
• Proficiency in using Radzen components for creating dynamic and user-friendly interfaces.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design principles and responsive design techniques.
• Experience with front-end optimization and debugging tools.
• Familiarity with accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) and best practices.
• Strong collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams, including developers and DevSecOps engineers.
• Knowledge of Git workflows and Agile development practices.

Preferred

• Previous Federal Consulting Experience
• Bonus: Experience in designing interfaces for applications integrating machine learning models.
• Previous DHA Experience Preferred
