Purpose of Position
This role requires expertise in developing content, filming, and editing training materials to create engaging, high-quality learning experiences. The manager will work closely with various departments to design and deliver programs that enhance team performance and align with organizational goals. A focus on multimedia production, customer service excellence, and compliance is essential.
Tasks and Responsibilities
Oversee the entire content creation process, from concept development to filming, editing, and post-production, ensuring high-quality multimedia training materials.
Design and implement training programs using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access, Teams, WebEx) and multimedia platforms (Panopto)
Collaborate with subject matter experts and departments to develop customized content that meets team needs and aligns with company objectives.
Manage all aspects of filming, including script development, shooting schedules, equipment setup, and ensuring the final product is engaging and informative.

Proven experience in content development, filming, and editing, with a portfolio demonstrating proficiency in multimedia tools such as Premier Pro, Final Cut, Panopto, Photoshop, and iMovie.
Strong communication and organizational skills with a demonstrated ability to lead and manage projects from concept to completion.
Expertise in delivering ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, video production tools, and virtual communication platforms.
