Purpose of Position
The Service Resolution Specialist’s role is to provide service facts and insights and encourage continuous improvement to provide exceptional experiences to our Owners. Using data from IJet Case Management system, the SRS finds trends in common cases and works with internal partners to find solutions to those service deviations.

Tasks And Responsibilities
- Building Relationships to gain insights and anticipate the needs of our company leadership
- Provide insights and trends to our internal partners to understand what cases impact Owners most using Excel and Tableau
- Collaborate with internal partners using the insights and trends to prioritize projects and solve common cases that impact the Owner
- Monitor those projects implemented to ensure it is the right solution and that cases and that impacts to Owners are reducing
- Encourage internal partners to continue using the new technology or process if it is a viable solution
