Role Overview
We are seeking a Client Success Champion to join our team and serve as the primary point of contact for our existing reseller and channel partners. This individual will work alongside our Vice President of Business Development, Sales Engineering, collaborate with the Sales Admin, and support onboarding activities once a new partner is brought in by our Channel Development Lead.
This is NOT a new business development role. Your focus will be nurturing, supporting, and growing relationships with our existing partner base.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main liaison for existing channel partners, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and support
- Work closely with executive leadership and contribute to high-impact growth initiatives
- Assist with technical sales engineering alongside the Director of Talent Acquisitions
- Coordinate with the Sales Admin to manage account operations and partner communication
- Support onboarding efforts for new partners once introduced by our Channel Development team
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
- Ensure timely resolution of partner issues and escalations
- Maintain accurate partner records in CRM and contribute to process improvements
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience in Channel Sales, Channel Account Management, or Partner Success strongly preferred
- Excellent relationship management and communication skills
- Comfortable navigating technical solutions (prior telecom or VoIP experience is a plus)
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- A proactive problem-solver who enjoys being part of a collaborative team
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
