Job summary:
· The Director of Operations for 888 VoIP is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing and directing the organization's daily operations, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic vision. Collaborating closely with the CEO and senior management team to execute the company's strategic plan and achieve sustainable growth and success. The Director of Operations plays a critical role in driving operational excellence, optimizing processes, and enhancing productivity.
Reporting structure
· Reporting directly to the CEO, the Director of Operations is responsible for executing the company's strategic vision and ensuring that each department operates efficiently, and their activities align with the overall mission and goals set by the CEO.
· The Director of Operations is a supportive role, the divisions or departments report directly to the CEO. This structure allows the CEO to focus on high-level decision-making, long-term planning, and external relationships, while the Director of Operations concentrates on ensuring the smooth execution of daily operations.
