Job summary:

· The Director of Operations for 888 VoIP is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing and directing the organization's daily operations, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic vision. Collaborating closely with the CEO and senior management team to execute the company's strategic plan and achieve sustainable growth and success. The Director of Operations plays a critical role in driving operational excellence, optimizing processes, and enhancing productivity.

Reporting structure

· Reporting directly to the CEO, the Director of Operations is responsible for executing the company's strategic vision and ensuring that each department operates efficiently, and their activities align with the overall mission and goals set by the CEO.

· The Director of Operations is a supportive role, the divisions or departments report directly to the CEO. This structure allows the CEO to focus on high-level decision-making, long-term planning, and external relationships, while the Director of Operations concentrates on ensuring the smooth execution of daily operations.

o Align operational activities with the organization's goals and adapt to changing market conditions.

· Financial Acumen

o Demonstrate an understanding of budgeting, financial reporting, cost control, and profit maximization.

· Operations Management

o Proficiency in managing day-to-day operations, including process optimization, resource allocation, and workflow efficiency.

· Problem Solving

o Identify and find effective solutions to address operational challenges and make decisions that enhance productivity and profitability.

· Communication

o Effective communication skills, conveying strategies, goals, and performance metrics to various stakeholders, both within and outside the organization.

· Project Management

o Managing complex projects, often involving cross-functional teams.

· Negotiation and Conflict Resolution

o Ability to negotiate with suppliers, partners, and resolve conflicts within the organization.

· Technical Proficiency

o Technical knowledge relevant to the organization's operations, software, and systems

Education and Experience

· Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is preferred.

· Proven experience as a senior executive or Director of Operations in a relevant industry.

· Proven track record of meeting and exceeding organizational goals.

· Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

· Willingness to travel and adapt to changing business environments.

· Proficiency with ERP and CRM Platforms

· Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word, Access)

Job Responsibilities includes but not limited to

· Strategic Planning and Execution

o Collaborate with the CEO and senior leadership to develop and implement the company's strategic plan.

o Ensure alignment of operational activities with the organization's strategic goals.

o Monitor progress and ensure strategic objectives are met.

· Operations Management

o Oversee the day-to-day operations of the organization.

o Optimize operational processes and workflows to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

o Implement best practices and technologies to enhance operational performance.

· Performance Metrics and KPIs

o Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the performance of different departments and the organization.

o Use data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and to measure progress.

· Process Improvement

o Identify areas for operational improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance productivity.

o Promote continuous improvement throughout the organization.

· Risk Management and Compliance

o Identify and mitigate operational risks, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.

o Maintain a safe working environment.

· Crisis Management

o Be prepared to manage unforeseen crises and emergencies that may disrupt operations.

o Develop and implement contingency plans to mitigate potential risks.

· Innovation and Technology

o Promote innovation in operations, adopting new technologies or approaches to enhance efficiency.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
