Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Technical Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs that enhance the technical capabilities of our employees and partners. This role requires a deep understanding of VoIP, networking, and communication technologies, combined with the ability to convey complex information in an engaging and understandable way.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Deliver Training Programs: Create and conduct training sessions for new hires, existing staff, and partners on VoIP systems, networking, and other Netlink Voice products and services.
- Curriculum Design: Develop comprehensive training materials, including presentations, manuals, and e-learning modules.
- Assess Training Needs: Collaborate with department managers to identify technical knowledge gaps and develop targeted training solutions.
- Evaluate Training Effectiveness: Gather feedback and performance metrics to assess the success of training programs and make improvements.
- Stay Current: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, product updates, and new technologies to ensure training materials are relevant and accurate.
- Provide Technical Support: Act as a resource for employees requiring additional assistance with technical concepts or tools.
- Documentation: Maintain and update training records, guides, and other documentation as necessary.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a technical trainer or in a technical support role.
- Proven experience in training VoIP systems, networking, or related technologies.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into easily understandable content.
- Proficiency with e-learning platforms and training software.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
