Job Title: Medical Secretary
Practice Assistant
This is a remote position; however, the employee must be available to go to the Stoughton office (100 technology drive center, Stoughton MA) as needed to process mail. Also, if employee prefers to go into the office, we have office space in Stoughton.
Required Qualifications
COVID Vaccines Booster and 2024-2025 flu vaccine required at time of submission (declinations not accepted).
Local candidates required
Cannot have worked perm/travel for any Beth Israel facility within the past year.

- High School diploma or GED required.
- Certificate 1 Medical Admin Assistant Cert preferred.
- 0-1 year related work experience required.
- Basic familiarity with computers. Ability to navigate at a basic level within web-based applications.
- One year experience in a healthcare or service/hospitality environment.
